CMS is first and foremost an ambulance service company bringing superior emergency medical response services and treatment to Jamaica. Our ambulances are strategically placed within the designated service areas to provide the fastest response for emergency calls which are dispatched and routed through our designated emergency phone number. While it is critical to provide emergency response services, there is also a large need for scheduled medical transportation for patients in skilled nursing facilities as well as private homes. CMS Ambulance Service Limited will offer its customers the opportunity to purchase a subscription for the ambulance service as a means for patients to plan medical costs for themselves as well as their families.

CMS has secured its own 6-digit emergency phone number that is routed through our private call center with a computer aided dispatch system to send the closest ambulance to the scene of the emergency to provide fast and efficient response to calls for emergency medical help. Our ambulances are equipped with the necessary technology and medical supplies and staffed with EMTs who are fully trained and experienced to deliver superior quality care to the patients in need of emergency medical treatment. Fast response, exceptional on-scene treatment, and monitored hospital transportation will give patients the best chance for success, resulting in healthier outcomes and more lives saved.
